Lebanon army: We dismantled rockets aimed at Israel


The Lebanese army dismantled on Monday four rockets in southern Lebanon that were set to be fired into Israel, a Lebanese security official said. An Israeli military spokesperson said that the presence of weapons in southern Lebanon was “a concern” and a clear violation of UN Resolution 1701, which ended the 2006 war between Israel and the Lebanese Shiite group Hezbollah.
